When carrying out a general repair (or modernization), we completely disassemble, clean and check all its parts. If some of its parts are damaged or worn, we will replace them with new ones. We will replace obsolete components with new, currently used modern parts and materials. During a medium repair, we do not repair the device as a whole, but only carry out repairs that we agree with the customer so that the device is functional again and that its service life is extended as much as possible. Of course, repairs also include the supply of spare parts.

Measurement and preparation of the protocol with the help of a modern device from the RENISHAW company with an accuracy better than +/- 0.5 ppm in the entire range of measurement conditions. We can now offer customers the measurement of position, repeatability, straightness, flatness and adjustment of machine tools using the most modern technology.

We will ensure disassembly, transport and commissioning of the machine. Our workers themselves will carry out or assist with the correct assembly and commissioning of various types of machines. Our priority is to provide customers with the correct setting of the machine. Inexpert construction of the machine can result in misalignment and geometric inaccuracies, which eventually leads to waste and, in extreme cases, can cause the machine to crash.

Measurement and preparation of the protocol using a modern diagnostic and measurement system, which will allow to determine the state of the geometric accuracy of the machine and to identify the sources of errors. Accurate diagnosis of error sources helps to reduce machine downtime to the necessary minimum.

For our customers, we train machine operators to use and control HEIDENHAIN and SIEMENS control systems. We will demonstrate how to properly take care of the machine, how to diagnose faults in order to eliminate downtime caused by minor faults and avoid unnecessary economic losses. The training is carried out by workers with high qualifications and experience gained through many years of experience in the construction and repair of machine tools.

This is the fastest customer service. We are able to ensure the establishment and operation of remote diagnostics on machines equipped with control systems from HEIDENHAIN and SIEMENS. These machines are connected to our remote diagnosis workplace equipped with a PC with the appropriate software. Diagnostics is a modern tool that serves to increase work productivity. It enables diagnosis of all machine functions (PLC) and, conditionally, the functions of the control system (e.g. check of active MP parameters of the system, TNC programs ..) Connecting to the machine will help pinpoint any machine and/or system malfunctions. This will enable any service intervention to be carried out more efficiently and quickly. In some cases, it is possible to eliminate the defect directly “from the table” through diagnostics in cooperation with the machine operator.

We will carry out an overall inspection and adjustment of individual machine functions (lubrication, cooling, balancing, etc.); also a general inspection and adjustment of the exchange of tools, a complete inspection and adjustment of the geometry, assessment of the condition of wearing parts; inspection and possible addition of technical fillings.

Regular inspections, adjustments and maintenance of machine tools eliminates the occurrence of more serious malfunctions of these machines, which usually lead to scrap production or malfunctions with longer machine downtime and thus economic losses.

We are able to ensure the sale and purchase of used machine tools, their disassembly, transport and subsequent commissioning. We can mediate the transaction for customers using leasing organizations.
